Reservations:
Reservations are not required but, in order to be assured a spot in one or our tours or events, a reservation is ALWAYS RECOMENDED!

Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations:

• Regular tours: If you must cancel, please notify us at least 2-days prior and no fee will be incurred.
  For cancellations less than 2-days prior, 100% of all rental, tour and/or Instructional fees will be applied.
   
• Special events and group bookings require a 4-day advance cancellation. (Including: Isles of Shoals, Seal Paddles, Full Moon Paddles, Horseshoe Crab Paddles, Private Paddles and other events.)
  For cancellations less than 4-days prior, 100% of all rental, tour and/or Instructional fees will be applied.
  For all group bookings a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded if a 4-day (or more) cancellation is given.
   
• If we must cancel your event due to weather conditions, etc. - you will receive a full refund and no fees will be incurred.
